In our area, food is produced, cooked, tasted and researched to achieve excellence and promote education based on the values of sustainable development. This is why we provide a specialization program with the School of Advanced Studies in Food and Nutrition and support projects such as Food Farm 4.0. We have created the first public Degree course in Gastronomic Sciences and in collaboration with Alma, the international institute of Italian cuisine founded by Gualtiero Marchesi, excellence in training held at Reggia di Colorno, (Ducal Palace of Colorno). Bringing you our very best is fueled by our desire to grow and learn, and of course by our profound love for the region.
